yeah its possible
depends where he started at
my brother(b4 juicing) hit 530 and hes been lifting for a year consistently
he did also in his 20s i guess or in highschool or something(which is why hes so damn big he just never lost the size just the strength)
started at like 320 or something idk i cant remember what he told me i just know he hit 530 and that guy
must have good genes or hes taking a t-booster or something along those lines..hehe..if he didnt start out at a decent weight
but in 1 year you can get bigger than hell and you should be able to get way stronger. benching deads squats w.e you should add like twice the weight to your major lifts (if there weak) or at least 100 pounds more im almost at twice on deads, deads today i did 340x4 on stiff legged started at 275x4 in july
squating i did 285 5 times today to parallel
stiff legged, basically your hams and lower back 10x harder than reg deads im wondering what i can do for reg deads now since i was doing 340x4 b4 i stopped em. and when i did i was doing 295x4 on stiff legged...
whoever tells you otherwise doesnt know wth there doing cuz ive heard alot of guys saying 1 year aint shit...im living proof that a few months can get you somewhat built(well bigger than you were)...you ever see how skinny i was before? i was wearing small shirts im in xls now, an will still be even if i cut cuz i can be 160 at 8%bf
if i try on my old shirts, i will rip them in half(done that)
a year you should be gigantic if you know what your doing
after that gains wont be as good but they will be consistent from what i have noticed
idk
might just be me but i think everyone should be able to get way bigger and stronger after a year. even after a few months you should see results
i def think that 450 is like inhuman strength to get in one year
but i guess its possible depending where you started
ive seen guys do 420 on bench 3 times and i asked him how long hes been lifting and he said 10 years. idk where he started but yeah idk
im just rambling on im done now

Personally, I think Plyometrics might be the perfect thing for you. It's similar to yoga except that you training your body to add more muscle.

Plyo training is great for bodybuilders and will make muscle look so much better. You'll also find that it leans out areas of the body that have otherwise and in the past been stubborn. But it's super intense.

I'm unaware of anything, out of the ordinary, dangerous. You might be interested to know that some doctors have started treating teens under 14. This is one of those doctors:

You can also find some information about T here:

And you can talk with other trans guys here:

You should probably talk to your counselor about it.

There are also ways to raise your testoserone levels naturally, mainly through diet and exercise. You can read about it on TQNation. It's kind of like a Facebook for trans and queer people. A detailed program is outlined under "Resources" if I remember correctly.

The Bible speaks of murder, and killing in warfare is not considered murder.

However you also seem to be under the impression that everyone in the military kills people, which is certainly not the case.

"Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword."

Matthew 10:34

[Jesus] said to them, "But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one..." The disciples said, "See, Lord, here are two swords." "That is enough," he replied.

Luke 22:36,38

"Jesus said... ‘all who live by the sword will die by the sword.'”

Luke 22:51

“Love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you.”

Matthew 5:44

I don't know. I've had this disagreement before, I'm not sure how to justify joining the military, let alone killing on someones orders. Great question though, I hope someone smarter than me answers.
