Im 13 but my brother is 17 and he was just wondering some ways to realese Human Growth Hormones (HGH) and increase testosterone levels in a male’s body it would be great if you could tell us some ways if you know any, thanks guys.

the natural way of course it to eat a lot of lean meats with high amounts of protein, tuna, chicken breast and red meat, make sure you guys eat carbs as well preferably from oatmeal, banana and brown rice! make sure you guys never feel the hungry sensation because that’s when your metabolism slows, try eating some fruit inbetween meals to keep your metabolism out of starvation mode and keep your energy levels up

Is there a specific enzyme that degrades testosterone or does the body just depend on the normal half-life and expulsion of testosterone to eliminate it from the body?
